about ICS in a Domain

Hi,

I have a network that does have a server NT 4.0. And we are using a domain for clients. One of those clients have two ethernet cards and connects to the internet from the second NIC. But I want to enable some other computers to access internet too through that client PC. All the computers that are and will access internet use Win XP Pro. And I have fixed IP adresses.

Can some one help me urgently?

Thanx.

install a free proxy server onto the computer with the internet on it, then on all cleints, change their internet explorer connection settings to use that computer as their proxy
NIKE just mod it!
