$15/ Hourly Install and Setup
$20/ Hourly Support and Maintenance
$250-$400 Custom *~Exclusive~* Template
$599.95 - Monthly *Unlimited* Support
How's it going everybody? Its been a while since I've posted in the Webmaster Marketplace so I figured I'd go ahead and do it then while I have some free time.
I've received many jobs still from people who have seen my little "For Hire" for the first post. Over time (since that was *I believe* 2 1/2 years ago) I've changed my rates and I've developed out my knowledge even more.
I realized charging by the size of a contribution/modification is hard to manage and that something more simpler would work. That's why I've started up something new.
I also am available across 3 IM systems and 2 Email addresses now, as well as a fax number (so you can fax details to me or even fax to see how things are going.)
Why just osCommerce and phpBB?
Technically, its not just osCommerce and phpBB work I can do. I can do installations of WordPress, addons for WordPress (called "plugins") and general script installations (including Joomla, Joomla Components) and offer general support.
But my main outline right now is phpBB general installation and setup, phpBB modification installing, phpBB custom themes or pre-made theme installing. I also do osCommerce custom themes or pre-made theme installing, osCommerce contributions installing and general osCommerce installation and setup.
Why the rate change though...
I was being ripped off by a couple people, not all from the DaniWeb forums, from iFreelance, GetAFreelancer, GetACoder and all of them and I got tired of charging PER method, I went in a better direction and that is to simply charge a flat fee of $15.00 an hour for installing and setup's. Don't mistaken this for the support charge, hourly support and maintenance is $20.00 an hour.
The --New-- Way to PAY!
Yes, its more like a new way to get FREE work basically. Over time I've developed a lot of knowledge and skills about these referral swap sites, all seems pretty straight forward and all and seem like they are really easy to do. Contrare to popular belief that I am a member at many of the swap sites, I focus on 3 at a time.
Basically, I recommend highly PayPal, but now I have a better method for the less fortunate. I am taking this route and it took me a slight bit of time to plan it out. Here is how it works, I have 3 referral links that I'd like done. Simple instructions:
1. I provide you the referral link that I'd like done.
2. You register (and for email verification) let me know what email you used to sign up and what offer you used.
3. Allow a couple of days (if not instant) for your credit to be received.
4. Once offer is completed... you'll get one hour of service. For each person you refer via the link will give you one hour more of service.
Now I'm not sure if this is a secure way to do it, so I'll probably change all this up. But its a step forward.
Privacy and Confidentiality
I am an equal opprotunity person, I keep all information and records confidential and your privacy will never be sold to third-party spammer cause the truth be known, I'd get physical and punch each telemarketer... hey, its reality
So you don't have to worry about anything for your privacy being at risk.
Refunds and Issues
After work has begun, I do not offer refunds. The real reason why this is, its simple... I've been scammed, refunded the money and somebody (the person/buyer) changes their FTP information and retains the work that was done.
So yeah, its a NRP --- No Refund Policy. But that doesn't mean I don't ever issue refunds. If for some reason you need a refund and there is a logical reason why, I'll offer 50% of the refund back, I can't offer the full refund though, sorry. Please understand this.
Anything else...?
Nothing else right now, if you'd like to hire me for service... AIM me at CBlockThug21 or email me at mdstreetsoulja@gmail.com --- I usually reply within' 12-24 hours from the email and usually instantly with my AIM s/n is on.
Thanks everybody, and just for the record... prices are subject to change (but not ANYTIME soon.)
P.S. One more thing, I don't do backups after the work, so make sure that if you want to receive a copy of the work you had done on a CD disc, add an additional $9.95 for priority shipping to anywhere in the USA for your files to be sent to you on a disc. Or I can zip up the file for you and upload to your server for $2.00 more, so let me know.
Alright everybody... thanks again and I'll be waiting for the jobs to flow in
