I find that your first one gives a "weak" impression of the company. It is not whether I like the aqua or not, it is about the use of those mild colors without anything standing out for itself.
The second one has a stronger "personality" and looks more organized. Not that I would necessarily prefer red/maroon shades over aqua shades (although I do prefer just about anything over aqua), it is more about how you have used the colors differently in both designs.
