Hello,
I create a database where students put their names and name of events to sign up. I work for an university and I already creatied the system. My question is, I would like to know how I can make the Forms to be public in order to put them in the univ. extranet and the queries and reports be private in order for the univ staff to manage the information.I only know how to make private the tables.
I also would like to know if there is the possiblity of at the form part, the New command button, I would like to press it and to come to a new form for students to be filled out but to block the last one in order for them not to change any other student data.
