Help ugly colours in IE?!?

  #1
Mar 12th, 2004
i haf a geforce 2 gts pro, currently using the newest NVIDIA drivers.
current monitor setting is 1024x768 @ 85Hz @ 32 bit. I recently reinstalled my windows xp pro. My problem is that while i'm browsing the net with a fully updated IE6 the colours seem like its 8 bit! I've got no problems outside IE6...movies, games run fine. I've never had this problem before and its probably an IE problem, but after countless times browsing thru IE i still can't find a remedy.

any help would be much appreciated.

thnks

There's a fix for this I have seen--but I can't remember where I saw it. I'll keep looking.
