I currently have nothing other than Norton Anti-virus and Spybot on my PC. Should I have another program to prevent pop ups, adware from planting themselves? I run spybot but the same pop ups keep coming back. At least the Porn ads stopped. Any suggestions. Running Window 98 second edition. Should I also upgrade internet explorer?
