I need to control a program that is minimized in the system tray. For example, lets say I have winamp minimized into the system tray. How would I be able to press the, "play" button while it is minimized, using vb6?

There are command-line programs that will control winamp... you can always just call one of those. CLAMP is the one I used to use. it should be at http://membres.lycos.fr/clamp/ if you want to use it... It's been a while since I used VB to do anything (being on linux) but I think it has a shell function of some kind. bulky? yes. effective? yes.
