Fly-over menu ??? Is there any chance I could possibly have this sort of fly-over menu (http://www.milonic.com/mfa/2005-July/006245.html) on my website as well, allowing the menu to STAY APPEARED on the top part of their window, even when they scroll down.

I want fly-over menu making it possible for BOTH "top menu" and "left menu" always appearing at the top edge of the window regardless of whether user are at top of the page or right at the end of the page.
