I have a technology site that I would like reviewed to see what can be done to better optimize it. The site is created in Joomla. I am not getting good rankings in Google or Yahoo although I have done a bunch of SEO but something is still lacking. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It looks nice and professional. I'd say it's well done.

My only gripe is the flash menu on top. As you might know, flash menu does not help with your search engine ranking at all.

Secondly, it took me some time to load. Some might think it's negligeble, but my take is at this age even one second advantage counts.
