Help pc wont start due to power surge

hi all

the other day my cousin was using his pc the power went off and stayed off for about 30 min, when the power came back he turned the pc on and the screen of the safe mode, last good known appear. when u press any of the options the win xp screen appear then u can see the blue screen (the one of the critical error) and it boots again to the options page. if anyone could help me it would be appreciated

hi ! zizufigo
i would like you to test in order to make sure that your hard disk is working well by scan it with other computer .May be it have bed setor in some part of hard disk .


any result pls let me know !

i would like you to test in order to make sure that your hard disk is working well by scan it with other computer .May be it have bed setor in some part of your hard disk .
