printer sharing

hi this is jibraeel
i have share internet with 2 diffrent ip`s i mean on 1 network with 83.110.124.125, 7 pc r running on that, another network with 83.110.124.122 ip. both r with 192.168.0.1 but seperate network
i cant access the network which is runningon 83.110.124125 but those r on sharing ip is same. and i need to share my printer could anyone tell me what should i do for sharing my printer.

or
how can i combine these 2 network in 1.

how can i combine these 2 network in 1.

Ans-Use the router to combine the these two network into one and create a route in the router between thses two network
or use a saperate LAN card in a system or put it on the different network and share your printer if you are switch.
