Possible virus, I need help,,,,pleeeeease

Hi All,
I have scanned my pc for viruses with numerous checkers including Norton and Bitdefender but all are saying I have no virus but the pc is slow and unresponsive and takes forever to log on to the internet etc and I think there is a Bl**dy virus on the pc.
I will post a Hijack this report and if anyone can work out what the problem is or can point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
