Yes, that
is a dead link. The problem is on the webserver, not your computer. That's probably the case with most of the sites where you encounter the error; expired or "orphaned" links are pretty common.

Right- some verisons of Norton AV don't run in Safe Mode, but I thought it was worth a try.
