I have a Gateway laptop. Up until a few days ago I could listen to CD's, watch movies & burn info to CD's.
Now it won't read anything. It says the disk is full when there isn't even a disk in it. It won't burn anything. I checked the devise manager & it says everything is working properly. What should I do?
