Ouch big web design and accessibility flaw right from the begining. Your site cannot be viewed without flash. This causes problems for:
1. people who dont have flash and dont want to bother downloading and installing to view your site.
2. people who rely on screen readers for sites (blind people) your content is not live text.
3. this is a big one, search engines cannot read your content as easily leading to lower rankings.
I would suggest making the site in html and css and then having an option somewhere on the site for the flash version.

There is an automatic redirector on the site that aims people at the correct page. If they have flash 8 they go to the flash 8 page, any other flash player version redirects to the ppropriate version of the site and if nothing to a static page.
The redirector is at the bottom of the page so both Robots and screen readers should get the content before the flash movie.
Also - we aren't worried about SEO. If we were we'd have built it in XHTML or at the very least have a flat XHTML mirror site. You're absolutely correct that we'll get lower rankings, but this site is a brochure site for us. We imagine that we will tell people to view it rather than people accidentally finding it online.
Finally - We wanted to show off a data driven flash site as we are using flash to build interfaces as part of our core activities.
