Sales Executive - Recruitment Industry (IT)

Responsibilities:

Canvassing of new clientel in IT related industries
Servicing existing customers
Sales and relationship/account management
Provide HR consultancy to client on HR and recruitment related services
Responsible for sourcing, interview and selection of personnel for our clients
Deliver professional and excellent client service
Maintaining single point of contact for supporting clients
Perform interviewing, screening, and selection processes
Pre and Post-hiring follow-up
Plan, schedule and manage ongoing recruitment assignments to reach individual targets

Requirements :

Diploma/GCE ’A’ Level in IT or related field
At least 1 to 2 years of sales related working experience
Sales-oriented, aggressive with strong passion to learn and willingness to try out new things
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous with an eye for details
Sales-oriented, aggressive with strong passion to learn and willingness to explore new challenge
Highly self-motivated, resourceful and able to meet tight deadlines
Co-operative team player with ability to multi-task
