Hello everyone, I've just finished working on my website's design. And hope it looks better now.

First of all well done nice site. Some pointers that you as the designer may not have picked up on (i am gonna stick to just the homepage):

You buttons for a free online assessment do not display with the normal hand cursor. To do this put the following code in the correct place, this is if it is inside a div:

[html]<div style="cursor: pointer;">Your Button here</div>[/html]

Having two lines of navigation is a bit strange but it isn't a problem but you may consider putting the bottom line somewhere else on the page.
I think your text field bvorders are alittle big but that is personal preference. I just feel they are abit in you face bold.
IMPORTANT: the page is way to wide for anything below a 1280*1024 monitor. This really needs to be sorted.
The shadows on each of your header is a bit strange you may want to make the at more of an angle to make them look more like shadows.

But all in all great site!

I guess it's critic you are after (so am I), so, skipping the good part (which is 90%), I would slack a bit down on the thick borders and bold text.

:p Wow, you designed this yourself?? Its fantastic. Easy to navigate, very graphical and provides a lot of information. Very professional to look at. Nice layout and segmented accordingly. Easy to find what i was looking for.
