First of all congratulations on a nice site. I have a few pointers that should make your look and do a bit better:
- You need a homepage! You could put on there:
- some news about the site
- some news about the team
- latest forum posts
- most active forum posts
- There isn't any point of having space for sponsors if you haven't got any.
- You have to much info on your main forum, you should get rid of some of the bits that are down the sides, decide what you really need.
- You should consider changing you forum skin a bit to make it a bit easier to read. eg. different color on each row of the main forum table.
- You may want to consider making even less of the features (eg, calender, betting) available to none members.

I like it especially the fact that its now swamped in flashing adverts
I thought about making some football related backgrounds for my business card site, then maybe we could exchange links?
get a Manchester UTD "red card" =) I don't know where I would find and football club logo's though.
