where can i find a good HTML editor ?

If you are looking for the perfect HTML editor that is free, you better download it straight from the guys that make the internet standards - W3 consortium.

This is the official page of the free editor called Amaya. http://www.w3.org/Amaya/

It is available for most OSes including windows.
