Validation

Hi im new to this but i am doing a project for my business, i was wondering how in the validation rule you can set it so that it will have an error message if i do not insert a decimal point e.g for car enngine size 1.6 if enetered as 16 i would have a message to sya it is wrong and how would make it so that there is a message if it is not a posotive number

why not just create a drop-down form with only applicable/corresponding numbers.
