Did he pay for the underline and top slot? Hello-..sorry to bother you again, but everyone here seems to know the answers! (And it's all interesting)
If certain search words always bring up a certain site on the top of page 1 with an underscore made of plus marks "++++++++++++++++" under it.....what does that mean?
I thought paid ads came up highlighted, not underscored.
And this particular site is really not very relevant to the search term.

I've never seen this before. Can you give us an example? What are you searching for and with which search engine?
