What do people think about privacy protection while searching?

We currently are protecting those people that don't want to give up their information and location like when you search on other search engines. Does anyone think this is value to people. Privacy is a right and that is something we are fighting for. I would appreciate some feedback.

people who don't want their location known should not use the internet. anyone that parinoid should keep their head. Giving out critical personal information such as SSAN, banking and credit account numbers, etc is certainly illegal. But I don't see the harm in knowing what city someone is at.

I think No one would be interested for displaying ads keyed to words in their mail and the search being tracked through email address. http://www.templetons.com/brad/gmail.html
