Formal schema for the car rental database using relational algebra.

Hi guys,

i am trying to build a database for car rental (pool service).

I am really new beginner in this Database design . I have a ready made ER diagram. If anyone can help me i would really appricate it. I am attaching a file with the spec.

thank you in advance. If you need more information i can give more.

The whole thing is pretty complicated, as I am trying to do one website for myself. Let em know if you wish to share the cost of production ($8000 each) and we can both use it. I have already started working on it and at the current rate we will need 3 months to finish the prototype.
