I just plugged a USB pen drivei nto my computer which recognizes it a a floppy drive. Can someone tell why this is so??

what do you mean that it's recognized as a floppy drive? Are you talking about the the icon of floppy in my computer?

yeah the icon was there as if I'd pluged in a external floppy (I'm on a laptop by the way) and it was recognizing it as a 1.44mb disc (I guess). After 2 reboots it was being recognized as a 512mb drive as well as the A: drive. Strange but now working..Thanks for the reply
