I just started doing this site and did a extremely minimal update only to get this pesky error. I am not sure what the deal is and seriously want to fix this ASAP.
I'm sorry as well, as i'm brand new to this coding. (Didn't think i'd get such an annoying of an error by doing so little.)
The site.... http://www.h2ohrecordings.com/h20h/
The Error.... Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/h2oh/public_html/h20h/rightframe.php on line 1
The Code.... First 10 lines at least...
ANY help EXTREMELY appreciated.

OKay....yeah...i know that. I have been staring at that for hours and that's why I posted the code because I don't know what the problem is. So...I'm not sure what i'm supposed to 'check out.':rolleyes:
I think it's because the server accepts asp style code tags as php tags, in other words the server is try ing to parse <?xml... ?> as php.
So try this:
<?php echo '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>'; ?><!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
