I've just launched this e-commerce site and would appreciate any comments or suggestions. Please be as rough as you can! Thanks.

I really like the design! It's very professional. And from the looks of it, it attracts your audience very nicely (I can say so because I'm a gurl). I am very picky about where I purchase from on the internet - however, when I do buy, I am willing to spend a lot on e-commerce (i.e. cdw.com, buy.com, amazon.com, etc.) However, I would have to admit, this definitely looks like a site I would purchase on without hesitating that it isn't reputable, etc.

My only suggestion is that it may be a bit too pink. Especially in the navigation breadcrumb and the link hover color. That light shade of pink is perhaps a bit too light for text on a white background. I may consider replacing the very light shade of pink with one of the shades of lime green you have on the site. That accomplishes a few things. First, it subtly brings in some of the lime green from the header and footer into the middle of the page. That would be similar to the way my link hover color is purple, which subtly brings in the purple from my header and footer. I feel that without it being carried through anywhere in the middle of the page, it may seem a bit out of place just at the very top and very bottom. Something else that it would do is make the font more readable - I have to squint to read that light pink. It would also break up the pink a bit. Pink is nice, especially for such a site, but there is always too much of a good thing.

Thanks, Dani. You're right. I'll play around with the colors a bit.

If you (and any other ladies who happen to be reading) have a chance, would you please comment on the product selection and pricing, especially in comparison to other fashion sites that you've seen or may use yourself? We currently have about 600 products in total. I'm targeting a figure of 1,000 before we start promoting the site. I think there's enough handbags and jewelry and we'll focus on getting more fashion and accessories onto the site. Do you agree?

Thanks again!

It's a beauty!
(you could still be a crook, but you have a great website. lol. just kidding )

Looks very similar to very many sites in your space. Was that your intent?

I like your copy, a lot. Very well written.
Maybe a bit heavy on the use of "!", but that's a judgement call.

The only little whoopsie I saw was here:

"StyleShowcase.com and/or it's designers or products have been featured in the press, on television and at various events on numerous occasions: "

on the Press/Media page. ( no apostrophe )

oh wait.. I saw another:
I know your Friend program isn't running yet, but the page is there.

"It's easy! Simply enroll using the link below, start referring your friends and earn commissions. to the world's largest and most diverse selection fashion products on the Internet. From hard-to-find brands to luxurious names, your friends will thank you for telling them about our unique collection of accessories."

The period after "commissions"
Missing "of" after "selection"

What do you have planned to do for people BETWEEN when they have the
time and energy and they remember to visit your site?

Keep up the good work, Mark !!
