Question website translator

I have 3 ecommerce websites I want to try to translate into other languages, such as spanish, french, german...etc when the user is non-english speaking. I did find a product that I could SUBSCRIBE to, but I really dont want to pay 8k per site per year. Does anyone know of any good translators that can be used on mulitple sites and will translate asp pages?

The only good translators are bilingual humans.
