Your ins't bad. But I don't see on the left a logo. In my opinion need a logo, it is very important. Navigation and colours are well. Use metas description and keywords

just saw ur site,
it looks like one of the free template sites that are available in the web.
i'm not saying that it is not good. it is a good one, but you should tweak it a little. one another thing, plz change the image on the top of the page.
also, while using the bold text, try to change the color of the bold text into some darker color.
rest is good.

Hello maginn,
I saw your site and here are my comments and suggestions (focusing on homepage usability):
- Put something on the title – a short description of the site.
- Put a Logo (not animated) on the upper left.
- Put a favicon.
- Putting “Welcome” statement is unnecessary.
Suggestion: better to put meaningful information about the site, this will already serve as a welcome.
- Font sizes are too small and hard to read especially for aged users.
Suggestion: set the font size to at least 8pt. A little bigger for headings.
- I’ve notice that everything on the page are of the same level, doesn’t have much emphasis.
Suggestion: better to emphasize items base on importance.
- Navigation.
- Too small font size
Suggestion: make it bigger.
-"Maginn Online" links to the homepage.
Suggestion: better to label it “Home” and this should not be clickable in the homepage.
-There is no "Contact Us" or "Contact Maginn" link. I suggest to have it in the main navigation.
-The term "Search sub" is not clear enough.
Suggestion: restate it.
I suggest to put a search box with search as value of the button. Also, better to restructure your content and come up with a much better information architecture.
All for now my friend.
God Bless and more power!
Your web design buddy,
Bryan
