Its just a forum with a free premade skin isnt it?

I use Dreamweaver, but just for handcoding. Photoshop and flash for animation and graphics.

perhaps change the header as its a tad pixelated. i use pspad, macromedia flash, photoshop and some good free apps that make my life alot easier i.e. easy thumbnails for converting images to thumbs in batches. If you have a look round yull pick up a few good bits n bobs.

All I had to do was the banner and I couldn't pull that off? You serious? I dont see what is the problem with the banner. That wasnt all I changed, also changed some minor colours of images. "Dont be claiming our skins"? I did say it took a "couple of hours to make, with freeware". Yes with freeware, I didnt claim anything, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, i left the persons name who made the template and what software I used.

I am actually working on the site currently, it aint finished obviously, I just wanted to get the forum section up and running, get some traffic going.

But yes I posted the site in daniweb for a bit of humour. I wanted to see what reactions I got back. Glad I made you laugh

Yea about the banner being pixelated, I had to do a bodgy job at work to fix it up, because I didnt do the width properly. I riped it off my old site, which when I made it, i made it a smaller width. All temporary. Easily fixed

It's difficult to review a site that has virtually been built for you. For myself, I had a specific project in mind, http://www.myverdict.net, that I wanted done in a specific way. Because I knew nothing at the start, I decided to create everything from scratch using dreamweaver, mysql and php and various art packages to design a logo. Because of this I understand how the whole site functions, including the interaction with my database. In the 8 months it took to build I have learned loads and can continue to expand the site to my own specs.
Regards
Taffd
