Thanks for the help in advance. I have recently been having problems with my online accounts and passwords, slow pc, error reports, and just plain not running right. I am a proactive user when it comes to protection but I can't stop them all. Would someone look at these results i have cut a paste and tell me what I got. Again, thanks in advance. Z

I reinstalled windows xp. I didn't lose anything important and everything is running great now. Thanks for the reply
