Overall, your site is really good. Except your banner images do not look well with each other. Maybe you could make them blend with one another a little better. You have to many colors in the website though. It makes it look crowded and somewhat unprofessional. I would keep the amount of colors to a minimum. You also have to much information on the first page. It is good to let your potential customers know what you offer, but you also want them to look through your website to view all of your services.

You should hire a native english speaker to proofread the site, there is a number of grammatical errors that make it seem unprofessional

Your site has a fairly professional look to it, though a little cramped. The whole site is let down however, because of improper grammar and appalling spelling. You mention throughout the site, the need to effectively communicate with customers but you've failed to do so yourself.
The good news is it's easy to fix.

I smell the use of a template or at least some discarded pieces from it. You have some images with a weird margin or misalignment in the layout. You need to work a bit more on these details, otherwise it's looking nice
