Please review my new website; Outsourced live chat support for e-commerce websites

Hey Guys/Gals,
I'm a long-time lurker/reader, first time poster. Here goes...
I've just re-launched my website (it's been 6-months in the making). Please let me know what you all think. The site can be viewed at www.clixconnect.com.
What we do is basically offer outsourced live-chat service for your website. You can respond to chat inquiries with our operator console when you are available, and when you're not available, someone from our company will respond to them for you, 24/7/365.
We also have a new technology in our software which enables automated chat recommendations for customers, based upon the product they are viewing. So say someone is looking at a red t-shirt on your website, an automated chat window can appear recommending a blue pair of pants to them. Pretty cool!
Anyway, feel free to give any constructive criticism, it's always much appreciated.

Very professional website, Your chat program is also very good, I like how the chat assistant pops up and directs you to chat. Thats very unique and will help generate sales.

Definitely like the layout, it's very clear.

very very nicely done...but you could have used a fluid layout that fits all monitor screens widths.
for my monitor the site appears to be in the middle with everything cruched in the middle of the screen.
It seems to be a small thing but does make a lot of difference according to me!!

I appreciate the simple, clean design of your website. It's message
is clear and an the layout is good. The one suggestion I would offer
is to choose a different and easier to read style of smaller type. The style like the one in this message is better and consistant with your simple and clean design. The smaller the type, the simplier the style of font, the easier it is to read and the more likely your viewers will take time to read what you have to say. Older viewers do not like hard
to read web pages and they could be part of your target market.

William - We're definitely going to take your typeface feedback into account. We're planning a redesign very soon, so we will be utilizing your advice there.
Paranavbhat - Thanks so much for letting me know about the issue with the site moving to the center. It didn't render that way for us, so we had no idea. We're on it though, as far as fixing it.

Very nice website, We must say. Such live chat outsourcing website is really going to take away much hassles out of the business houses. Anyway, we are using liveperson and they have in house agents. It is too a great service.

I apologize for the last post, I meant we use liveperson -they dont have in house agents. But chat software from liveperson rocks!
