i think that design is on 80% ... navigate is good ..
logo and flavicon are good too ... you should correct mistakes in code .. you have 60 mistakes .. W3C.org

I like your web, it is fairly good.
But I see anything lik example http://www.gameplay360.com/Games.html
If I put the mouse over Home, games or guiides open a new window. In my opinion isn't correct for a good navigation, the link must be by default.
Anyway I like your web, graphics are excellent
