I had that message on the hourly basis. It is memory compatibility issue. I have GEIL and it is power-hungry RAM.
One or the combination of these things should help you:

- Manually set memory timings. There is a formula I posted once here that I got confirmed that it is valid by AMD ppl

tras + trp = trc
trc + 4 = trfc

Those acronyms should be adjustable in BIOS.
That is a must with GEIL RAM.

- Increase RAM voltage. Go to the max. If you have GEIL, or any other that has aluminum heatsink, there is no need to worry about overheating. You can only gain stability.

- If you OCed your PC, reduce the speed or increase the voltage. You are on the edge of usable.


There are other possible causes, but those above are 99% of the cases.
