First you should try pasting your question into google. There are many good guides.
But here are some step by step guides trhat might help you.

You should be able to UNINSTALL IE7 and when you do,IE6 will be there

IE6 looks better in my opinion anyway!!

You could just get FireFox and make that your primary browser instead. I don't want to start a religious browser war but I find firefox to be a much more trustworthy way to go.
Imagine a world without hypotheticals....

Firefox and MyIE2 are equally as good with thier filtering and everything else

IE7 + IE7Pro should be nice as MyIE2
