got to develop a project for online railway reservation. please help me & guide how to start with.need help urgently

Asking your teacher or google would be the preferred option.
It seems to be a school or college assignment. Before deleopment of the project you need to gather all the requirments ,next step is database design and final step is coding.
Share your Knowledge.
First design a database to store all the necessary information about the booking like seat number etc. Then you write the program that will plug this data into the database in a user friendly way. You might want to look at some train or airline websites to what you need to store and how they basicly work.
