I don't know if there's an easy way to do this - but what I am looking for is a way to screencap/filming what "goes on" on the screen and save it as a flash/movie-file like you can see people have done on for example YouTube.com
I love the idea behind it and as someone who uses a lot of the stuff in Komplete, being able to easily categorize
sounds would be a huge benefit

You may want to use Fraps, which is utility for games demo recording, but I expect you can record what ever goes on desktop. Not shure if it record sound but, you can add this in flash http://www.fraps.com/

Try VidShot Capturer 1.0:

When you finish recording, you can use a converter to change the movie to flash format: flv.
