Why not? You are going to get a lot of spam and undesireable posts if you don't monitor what people post there.

I think you need a faster server because its very slow to load. Its not my computer because I have fast cabel network.

I looked around a bit more and see that you are illegally pirating software in the Technology and Computers --> Programs board.

I just C/P those shares from some warez sites; i will clean them soon. It is not my own share.

Still, you could get sued, best to remove them
