My friend had some nasty viruses on her computer, including the Trojan virus. I managed to install an anti-virus to remove the viruses, but I still can't get to the Control Panel to activate the firewall. The links for the Control Panel are gone and when I click "Run" and type in "Control Panel" I get the following message: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." WE DON'T HAVE A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR! Can you please help me find a way to get to the control panel? Thank you.
