hello mate dont know if your still having the problems but if you are a looks like a hardware fault or failure. This could be because of one of two things, either the device is dying (broken) or the correct drivers arent installed.
You need to ensure that you install your maufactures drivers not microsoft one even if the microsoft ones are newver. When Microsoft write drviers they write them in a generic format so they will work with the most devices where as the manufacture writes it specifically for your device.
However if your comp is only a few weeks old then send it back and get them to fix it.

When you look at Task Manager, ctrl+alt+del, look in under 'Performance' tab. Are any of the bars red or have a full green bar saying 100% ?
See Attachment:
Could the blue screen be caused by an out of date graphics card driver? My current driver version is 162 and nVidia says that there is a version 169 out.
Yeah update every driver that you possibly can! Also when it shows the 32% have a look what is eating your CPU and type the process name into this site:
http://www.processlibrary.com/
It will tell you what it is and whether it needs to be running, it will also tell you if it is a virus/harmful program. If it does say that it is a harmful program then update your Anti-virus & Anti-Spyware programs and run a scan. Might be worth running a Hijack This log as well and posting the results.

I mostly get the blue screen of death either when I'm browsing multiple web pages on IE7 or when I'm downloading something on Limewire.
Here is my HiJack This log:

I will also try that BSOD Troubleshooting Guide as well as the processes thing.
If it turns out to be spyware as chris has suggested above, i would run the instant scan found here: http://www.liutilities.com/products/campaigns/plib/se/
This will then scan your system for spyware that you can then get rid of.
edit: You can also try Spybot's Search and Destroy programme found here:
http://www.no-spyware.eu/antispyware...15download.php
Download it, install it and run the scan, takes about 20~30 minutes depending on the amount of hard drive used up.
