Great content.
Text-only tag line (I seen a lot of people include this within their logo image -- bad practice)
Colors

NEGATIVES

No search utility
No Site Map
Lack of contrast between menu links and blue background. It's hard to read--the text sorta disappears. You need to make it STAND OUT.
To much on front page ... Do you really believen that the majority of people will scroll down to view all that content. Add a search function.
