how to get rid of grantstreetinteractive

What is HJT? I read a page on the steps to get rid of grantstreetinteractive and after downloading ewido, aft cleaner, nailfix, dorfix, and apt, it says to "run HJT." I don't know what that is.

I'm not a guru, just an ordinary citizen. The posting I was reading to remove grantstreetinteractive was from 2005. Is there an easier way these days?
