hi my friend accidently moved setupapi.dll from the system 32 folder and cant boot up the pc properly but can run dos so can he move it from were eva it is to system32 usin dos

There's no question in here. (Also, no punctuation, no caps, third grade spelling).
I'm going to guess that you want to use the move command.

just type "move /?" in the command prompt
