Sending a File to a Secure Server

  #1
Feb 18th, 2008
Hi Everyone,

I am trying to create a text file and send it to a secure server (other than our local one) with coldfusion. I have already added the correct permissions with the Coldfusion Administrator (MX 7) so that is not an issue. However, I am running into difficulties finding a correct way to map to this server. I have tried creating a UNC in the Coldfusion Administrator (MX 7), but it will not recognize a server other than the local one it is set up on. We want to make this mapping as secure as possible, but I'm lost for what to try next without just throwing the server mapping into the code. Has anyone dealt with this issue before? I will gladly take any help I can get!

Thanks,
Jody
