Mikomi Bluetooth Dongle

Help. My comp died earlyer this week and I had to use my recovery disk to get it back up and running. I cant find the disc that came with my bluetooth dongle. I went on to blue soleil, and downloaded the software to run it but keeps telling my to insert a bluetooth device. HELP!!!
