Resetting Permission I tried running a program I built and I'm getting an Active X message and my program has a red "X" where a picture should be. I was told to reset my permissions, how do I do that?

Ok, Let me be more specific...Internet Explorer has restricted my webpage from running scripts or Active X controls that could access my computer. When I attempted to allow the block contents my screen still didn't show up. I was told that I had to reset my permissions. So, how do I go about doing that?
