Ok, so here is a quick update. PC #1 is up and running great with the 8800GTS and new fan. I am not sure what the problem was...I took apart everything, put it back together, and it ran great. Thanks for the clarification about the jumpers...they were not the problem, as I was using a screwdriver to try and start the thing.... The second one is still getting no image to the monitor, although I suspect is has to do with a possible ground on the motherboard....I will mark this post as resolved as soon as I can get that figured out.
