I like your site.
3 banners in the "latest banners" section might be a bit much.
It's hard on the eyes. Might not be the best way to showcase
your work.
What about this...
Maybe do some kind of "before" and "after" , makeover page.
That's all the rage on TV, right? Whether it's
"Sally Jessy Whoever" or "Queer Eye", makeovers
"sell".
You show a terrible banner... then take it through 2 levels
of your magic / expertise, explaining the process / technique / art / science.
What you'll be doing is telling your story by demonstrating your knowledge,
not just your "portfolio" of past projects. That's good too, of course.
But let's face it, every one of your competitors has a simple gallery to impress all of their traffic. (yaaaawn).
Do one that focuses on color schemes, combinations.
Maybe make it like a game.
Start with black and white banner.
Then let people select which of 3 color schemes would pull the best response. And explain why.
Maybe one that trumpets your understanding of "negative space" ( non-design people are often impressed by that concept ).
I think if you put some pages together along these lines, you will make people think, "Wow, these people really know what they are talking about."
After that, closing the deal is just a detail.
Whoops, I did see something in your copy:
Instead of this:
"We believe customer satisfaction comes first, every customer has their own control panel giving them access to ticket support around the clock, free banner templates, loyalty point savings and much more!"
Consider this:
"We believe customer satisfaction comes first. Every customer has control panel access to free banner templates, loyalty point savings, ticket support around the clock and much more! "
It's a little less wordy, and I rearranged the 3 things to be in "most important first" order. Frankly, I don't understand why I would need "ticket support", but I've never used a service like yours. Maybe most of your prospects are more experienced than I am.
Here's a crazy thought....
When you do an Ebay auction that doesn't sell, you get to do another without paying, right? Or maybe you pay 1/2 price or something. I forget the details. You mention I get 5 revisions, because you care so much.
Maybe spin that slightly differently... and tie that to a certain CLICK THRU RATE. "2% click-thru or 5 revisions, whichever comes first"
The end result might be the same, but it sounds like you care more than,
"if you want it changed, we will"
Oh my... I just had another crazy thought.
What if you had some kind of "banner proving ground?"
You reward your customers with loyalty points for spending time
selecting which of N banners is most appealing, most clear, most whatever.
Then, a customer can have a *little* bit of confidence that
version 3 is the one to start with in the live campaign, because
it scored better than version 1, 2 and 4.
If you did the software right, the "banner proving ground" could even be
used as a way to hold an annual competition among all the banner design
websites. The "Web Banner Challenge"
Ohhhh.. and you know.. for a resonable fee, you could let
amateur banner makers run their work through your proving ground
also. That would be an incredible way to have a relationship with
them, even before they decide to buy banners from you. Over time,
some will convert from "proving ground only" customers into
"full package" customers.
Then, you will have differentiated yourself :-)
Good Luck.
Keep up the good work.

Very easy to access, good clear button layout etc, cool graphics.
The only thing that concerned me was the amount of flashing banners on one page, after sitting mesmerized for ten minutes I snapped out of my trance and realized I was supposed to be giving my opinion soon, that maybe brain washing was not a good idea.
But really, I thought the site was great and if the flashing could be controlled, then you've nailed it.
How about making the banners faded and static until rolled over.
All the best.

A better organization of your layout would double your sales.
- Remove the marguee.
- Get rid of the top banner--no one is going to click on it. Move the Latest Banners upward. It should be the first thing people see. Rotate the banners.
- Make the ORDER NOW button stand out.
- Add a direct link (within Portfolio section) to your customers site ... backlinking is good for customers and prospects may want to see it in action. Plus, knowing that a "Popular" site purchased from you it may encourage new sales.

Hey guys, sorry i havent replied here yet. Thanks for your reviews. I appreciate all your comments! Glad you like the website. I am actually not satisfied with the design (never really was) we are going to be launching a much more well rounded product and website in the new year....so keep your eyes peeled.
I have taken on everything you have said and will be keeping this in mind when we come to design the new site.
Thanks.
