Hi,
My IE starts acting wired recently.
When I tried to Load a Chinese web site, it starts loading up fine, and after it is fully loaded, the page suddenly refreshed itself and turned to all '?' marks.
This only happens on Chinese web pages.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on?
Thanks

You probably don't have the Chinese language pack installed. In the menu, go
View > Encoding > Auto Select
If that doesn't solve it, try
View > Encoding > More
and select the language.
