My XP is missing the dvd decoder for WMP. Is there a free one out there?

Media Player Classic has its own DVD decoder:

The K-Lite codec pack has a bunch of DVD decoders to choose from:

does anyone know where i can download a free dvd decoder for windows media player 10. i had problems with my dvd drive and had to sort that and when i sorted that i found out that my dvd decoder was missing can anyone help me???

See the above post. Download K-Lite Codec Pack and you should be OK. WMP should use the available DVD decoder provided by the Codec pack when you try to play the DVD.
